ACCOUNTANT

We are seeking an experienced, hands-on Accountant for our World Headquarters located in Torrance, California. Ideal candidates must have a minimum of three to five years general accounting experience, and the ability to handle multiple tasks and projects.

Responsibilities include preparing and monitoring expenditures, maintaining proper documents for tax and audit, financial analysis, and other administrative reports and ad-hoc projects. Aviation industry background and CPA preferred. Salary commensurate with experience. Great benefits including generous 401(k) plan and in-house workout center. TAX MANAGER

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Requires income tax experience - including tax return preparation, review, and consulting. Specific responsibilities will include preparing & reviewing income tax returns, evaluating proposed transactions and affiliate data, special projects, sales and transfer pricing calculations, and training. Fast tax software and electronic filing experience required. Large Bachelors Degree required. Accounting firm experience and CPA, MST, or JD strongly preferred. Mandarin or Korean speaking and Sun Systems software experience beneficial.


WEB DEVELOPER

Seeking developer to design, implement, and maintain various website functions and applications. Includes designing and maintaining our corporate website, shop online, business center, and other related websites.

Responsibilities

• Designing and quickly implementing clear, effective web pages.
• Developing and maintaining day-to-day web content.
• Responding to a variety of web-related requests across departments.
• Technical documentation writing in HTML, XML, good presentation and code documentation.
• Fulfilling several project requests simultaneously while meeting tight deadlines.

Requirements

• Expert in CSS, DHTML, HTML, and XML.
• Experience with Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Flash.
• Experience designing and maintaining web interfaces.
• Experience with ASP, .NET and JavaScript. PHP is a plus.
• Experience with source control systems such as SourceSafe
• Excellent attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills, must be a team player.
• Fluency in English and Chinese Languages is preferred.

WEB PROGRAMMER
