TAX MANAGER

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Requires income tax experience - including tax return preparation, review, and consulting. Specific responsibilities will include preparing & reviewing income tax returns, evaluating proposed transactions and affiliate data, special projects, sales and transfer pricing calculations, and training. Fast tax software and electronic filing experience required. Large Bachelors Degree required. Accounting firm experience and CPA, MST, or JD strongly preferred. Mandarin or Korean speaking and Sun Systems software experience beneficial.


WEB PROGRAMMER

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Knowledge of Network, TCP/IP, Internet Protocols: HTTP, SMTP,NNTP ,SOAP
• Knowledge of Object-Oriented programming, Service-Oriented Architecture, Web Service
• Experiences of web site and web based application development
• Working knowledge of HTML, DHTML, XML, CSS and JavaScript
• Familiar with Microsoft Server Environment: Windows 2000/2003, SQL2000/2005, BizTalk 2004/2006,Exchange 2000/2003/2007
• Familiar with Microsoft Development Tool: Visual InterDev 6.0, SourceSafe 6.0, Visual Studio .Net 2005
• Programming experiences of COM+, ASP,PHP,ASP.NET,C#,VB.NET, .NET Framework 2.0/3.0
• Experiences of Linux, MySql, PostgresSql, Oracle is a plus

WEB & MULTIMEDIA DESIGNER

Skills/Abilities

• 2yrs + experience (see below)
• Must be highly skilled with Adobe Flash, Photoshop, Illustrator, Dreamweaver and Premier.
• Working knowledge of HTML, XML, and Sound Edit.
• Must be detail-oriented, able to meet tight deadlines, and work in a team environment.
• BA Degree in Graphic Design or Web Design preferred.
• Fluency in Mandarin Chinese a plus

• Designing primary business websites and microsites.
• Maintaining look and feel of websites for 40 countries.
• Design attractive flash presentations, banners, promotions, and ad buttons for our websites.
• Design HTML eLetters.
• Design professional training presentations in Microsoft Powerpoint and Flash.
• Edit videos presentations as needed.

Must be highly skilled with Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Flash, Adobe Premiere, Sound Edit and QuickTime.

On-line portfolio required.
