Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Requires income tax experience - including tax return preparation, review, and consulting. Specific responsibilities will include preparing & reviewing income tax returns, evaluating proposed transactions and affiliate data, special projects, sales and transfer pricing calculations, and training. Fast tax software and electronic filing experience required. Large Bachelors Degree required. Accounting firm experience and CPA, MST, or JD strongly preferred. Mandarin or Korean speaking and Sun Systems software experience beneficial.


FINANCIAL CONTROLLER

We have an immediate need for an accomplished Financial Controller for our manufacturing facility located in Torrance. This position requires a solid background in manufacturing, purchasing, and cost accounting. Must be extremely organized, with good communication skills.

Responsibilities will include accurate revenue recognition, budgets, budgetary controls and timely reporting, inventory accounting, internal controls, capital expenditure budgeting and control, liaison with external auditors, assisting in the development implementation of policies and procedures, and contract reviews. Ideal candidate will be a CPA with a minimum of 10 years experience as a Controller in the food, beverage and dietary supplement, and/or color cosmetic and skin care industry.

Requires a BA in Finance, and proven experience in manufacturing/distribution environments. MBA or related advanced degree preferred. Excellent verbal and written communication skills and strong consensus-building ability. We seek a visionary with the leadership and management skills necessary to ensure the function is a significant contributor to our continuing growth.


BUYER

Seeking a talented Buyer for our Purchasing Department. Successful candidate must be highly skilled in major purchasing operations, including capital acquisitions with knowledge on printed products, including catalogs, forms & promotional publications involving single & multi-color ink runs (sheet & web). Requires 5+ years recent working knowledge with form layouts & signatures, excellent communication skills, and the ability to multi-task in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. BA degree preferred.
