Junior Oracle BI Developer Bi-Lingual Associate Corporate Counsel
This is a diversified position working within a cooperative, team-oriented corporate legal department supporting an entrepreneurial international company.
The selected individual will perform some or all of the following tasks:
- Draft, review and negotiate a wide variety of Chinese and English language contracts and other legal documents, including loan, vendor purchase, services, consulting, leases, maintenance, construction and confidentiality agreements.
- Counsel and interact with our China, Taiwan and other foreign offices and third parties including legal staff and law firms.
- Respond timely, practically and fully to requests for business and legal advice from U.S. and foreign business units.
- Provide litigation support & management.
- Provide risk management assistance and proactive advice and solutions.
- Conduct legal research
Requirements:
Candidate must have a JD degree from an accredited law school, excellent academic credentials, positive references, California Bar membership and 2-5 years of transactional/commercial or litigation experience at a reputable law firm and/or corporation. Proficiency with Westlaw or Lexis is required.
Candidate must be fluent in Mandarin and have a strong work ethic, excellent analytical, negotiation, writing and communication skills, attention to detail, sound judgment and the ability to balance multiple priorities under time limits. Must be flexible and willing to self-educate and work on a broad variety of legal matters.
Experience in Direct Sales, Multi-Level Marketing and business litigation would be beneficial.
Oracle OM/Distribution Functional Analyst
Responsibilities:
- Deliver the functional design, business process change, and configuration documentation
- Perform analysis, design, configuration and testing of complex projects
- Research and resolve complex business process or system issues and document system set up steps and decisions.
- Testing Programming processes and modules
- Training end-users as directed
- Providing ongoing system and end-user support
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent
- 5+ Years of Oracle E-Business Distribution Functional experience in the implementation and support of Order Management, Advanced Pricing, Shipping, Receivables and/or Purchasing. Experience with Inventory, Planning, and Warehouse Management a plus.
- At least 3-4 end to end implementations
- Experience on Oracle R11i required, R12 experience a plus.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Understanding of business processes and ability to apply educational and practical experience to simplify business processes, standardize business processes and provide simplified and standardized solutions to achieve the business objectives.
- Experience implementing business improvements through more effective use of Oracle Applications and related software.
- Should be able to review functional setups, and extrapolate the functional processes that use it. He / She will be responsible to assist with issue resolution in those functional processes.
- Experience in trouble shooting Oracle application problems, including resolution of problems with Oracle system interfaces, concurrent programs, forms, triggers and data in tables.
- Should possess a strong understanding of Oracle ERP table structures across multiple modules.
- Should be able to solve problems independently.
- Ability to interface with different functional and technical groups in defining and managing system solutions
- Ability to write clear functional requirements to a level of detail that facilitates the development and implementation of system enhancements and configuration
- Analyst should be able to communicate very clearly and professionally with users, peers, and all levels of management as necessary.
Oracle Web Developer
Responsibilities & Tasks:
- Develop, implement and maintain web interfaces, extensions, data conversions, integration and customizations to Oracle iStore/EBS.
- Work closely with business analyst, consultants, end users, and vendors throughout the full cycle of development project
- Responsible for creation and maintenance of Oracle forms, reports, procedures, and packages to enhance Oracle EBS.
- Encodes, tests, debugs, and documents programs on varying size projects, including large-scale, complex project
- Develops, revises, and updates programs and documents
- Quality control and testing execution.
- May perform other duties as required.
Requirements:
- BS degree and at least 5 years related experience
- Must have at least 3 years solid experience in Oracle Apps 11i, prefer R12 and iStore template customization experience
- Must have at least 1 full cycle of iStore/EBS implementation and configuration experience
- Must have at least 5 years solid experience in SQL, PL/SQL skills including performance tuning in a high volume transaction database
- Familiar with Web 2.0 and Oracle Integration Repository is a plus.
- Strong Oracle workflow, Oracle forms, and Oracle report skills
- Experience understanding various business processes and applying this knowledge to use case, process flow, data models, test cases, and detailed program specification.
- Strong analytical and interpersonal skills
- Exceptional communication skill, able to communicate effectively with both technical and business users
Junior Oracle BI Developer
Responsibilities & Tasks:
- Develop, implement and maintain Oracle Business Intelligence Enterprise Edition (OBIEE) implementation for executive portal.
- Responsible for design and development of new dashboards and reports from data gathered from Oracle E-Business Suite and legacy systems.
- Develops, revises, and updates programs and documents
- Quality control and testing execution.
- May perform other duties as required.
Requirements
- BS degree or 1-4 years related experience
- Possess knowledge of commonly-used data and reporting concepts, practices and procedures
- Must have at least 1 year experience working with OBIEE and BI Publisher
- Knowledge of data warehouse design and experience working with ETL tools
- Strong knowledge of Oracle database and PL/SQL
- Any experience working with the following is desirable: Oracle E-Business Suite, Hyperion, JDeveloper, OAF/ADF, Webcenter
- Strong analytical, interpersonal and communication skills, able to communicate effectively with both technical and business users
- Ability to work independently or under only general direction
