Sunrider Opens New Office in Vietnam
Dr. Tei-Fu Chen flew into Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam, on June 14, 2016, for a two-day trip. During his stay he presided over the grand opening of the new Sunrider Vietnam office and conducted a special meeting for Independent Business Owners (IBOs) and prospective IBOs.

The special meeting was held in the SunSmile Meeting Room of the sparkling new office building. Over 30 attendees received first-hand training from Dr. Chen on how they can achieve great success by changing their mindsets from a salesperson to a businessperson. Attendees also had the opportunity to learn about Sunrider® products and the new business plan, and they enjoyed meeting Dr. Chen in person and listening to his inspiring stories.

Early the next day, Dr. Chen officially opened the new Sunrider Vietnam office, which is located on the main street of the Ho Chi Minh City downtown complex, the biggest economic center in Vietnam. The new office occupies two floors of the Lam Giang Building, with a total usage area of 320 square meters . The office provides ample and well-appointed space for meetings and IBO training and aims to serve as a springboard for even greater Sunrider success in Vietnam.

The kick-off ceremony included an exciting lion dance, a drum performance, and a ribbon-cutting ceremony. In addition to Sunrider staff, attendees included representatives from The Department of Planning and Investment of HCMC and AmCham (American Chamber of Commerce), Sunrider IBOs and business partners, and reporters from several top newspapers and online media outlets.

Dr. Chen delivered an opening speech in which he introduced Sunrider and stressed that Sunrider is one of the very few companies in the world that researches, develops, and self-manufactures its own concentrated herbal products. As a world-class company doing business in over 50 countries, Sunrider is well-positioned to help bolster the Vietnamese economy and offer rewarding opportunities to the people of Vietnam.

The event received wide coverage in the local media, including Saigon Giai Phong, a prominent newspaper, as well as VnExpress.net, the biggest online newspaper in Vietnam.
